The Hickory Picnic Table’s top is laser cut so that it is stronger since there are no numerous unnecessary welds. The picnic table is made of laser cut 14 gauge sheet steel and 3″ square tubing. We use stainless steel material which prevents corrosion on the feet of the table and it's contact point. Once laser cut, the picnic table is sandblasted to SSPC-SP 5/NACE Standard “white finish” and epoxy primed. We then powder coat it with “Super Durable TGIC” polyester top coat. We offer many color options for your desired finish.
